While enjoying our hands-on cooking classes you will be able to prepare a tasteful Italian dinner. We will give you recipes, tips and useful information on the ingredients and you will be able, once back at home, to cook it easily in your kitchen.
If you wish, you can come with us to the local market to buy together the ingredients: melanzane, ricotta, pecorino, prosciutto crudo....
In Umbria, in our farmhouse in the countryside between Cortona and Perugia, we (Patrizia, Giulia and Cristina) will teach you the secrets of Italian cooking.
You can choose among different courses in one, two or three days: a complete Italian menu, pizza, vegetarian or vegan menu and so on.
We can decide together what we are going to cook...... just ask us.
We can prepare you a cheese tasting including the most famous Italian cheeses from mozzarella and burrata to gorgonzola and pecorino matching them with honey and marmalade.... wine tasting in typical local wine cellars or bring you to the olive mill where we usually buy local extra virgin olive oil to prepare a delicious bruschetta or our special pesto!
