This house, located close to the Etruscan village of Scansano, surrounded by ancient olive groves, is perfect for those wishing to combine the tranquility of the countryside and the proximity to ancient villages to visit, the opportunity to go for walks, ride a bicycle or a horse. Furthermore, in the nearbies , there are small restaurants, wineries and olive mills where you can sample the local wine (an excellent Morellino di Scansano), extra virgin olive oil, local cheese (pecorino) and typical dishes, and the blue Mediterranean sea is close.

 The house, built on two floors, has a spacious living room with a large window wall, a central fireplace, a kitchen equipped with all the necessary to prepare tasteful Italian recipes, two double bedrooms, with en-suite bathroom. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two people.

You will find, too, a nice pergola and a barbecue in the garden to enjoy having dinner outdoor! The house is located 3 km from Scansano, 45 km from Sovana and Pitigliano, 95 km from Orvieto, 160 km from Rome and only 30 km from the seaside, the wonderful beaches of Argentario.

Perfect in summer, when you will enjoy the cool temperature with sunny weather a few miles from the sea, and romantic in winter, when you can delight yourself relaxing in front of the large fireplace after enjoying the cultural heritage of the area.
