About us

We are an Italian family, and we live in Umbria, in the heart of Italy. Five years ago, we started offering cookery courses in English, in our own home in the country. Often our guests asked us to tell them about the places where Italians would go, and restaurants where Italians would eat, and shops where Italians would shop. We drew from our experiences, we asked our friends, we found out about events of interest, and even accompanied a few guests shopping to the local cashmere factory! We also learned that our guests like to experience different things, going sightseeing one day, wine tasting the day after, and so on. Italian Delights gives you the opportunity to make up your holiday the way you want it. We only cover some parts of Italy because we only recommend places or activities we or our friends have experienced. You will need to travel to Italy, but after that we can look after you. Even if you prefer just to book your accommodation, we are still here if you have any questions, or to recommend places to visit.
